Time for another Creative Artiste Mixed Media challenge and we would like to see your Mixed Media projects.
I'm really enjoying creating little books and junk journals. I seem to have so many cards that are just piling up with no-one to love them that I need a different outlet to be creative with. Hence creating books.
This has been my latest project - a tag book. It is still a work in progress and I haven't yet decided exactly how many tags I will add to the finished article but so far I have finished 5 tags double sided. The tags are quite large 7" x 4" so are great to work with. I am doing all the pages as a nature theme and each one will have a butterfly on it somewhere.
I'm adding this into the following:
Outlawz - anything but a card
Mix it up plus Die Cuts - Tim Holtz
Tag Along - Butterflies, Blooms

You tag book is delightful Fiona, it's an addictive thing to create both Tag & junk journals, I love looking through my older ones and often find myself adding extra things to them.. So glad you are enjoying them too, so beautiful is the nature theme. Wishing you all the best this Easter Hugs Tracey xx
Fiona, I love the tags you're creating. So much yumminess in here, and assembling them into a book is a wonderful idea. I imagine it'll look really pretty. Happy April. Anita xx

Beautiful tag book and tags, each one a little work of art which you can continue to add to as you like. There is only so many cards we can make I agree which is why im doing more 3d projects....I have attempted art journals but as yet can't get into them but will keep attempting:-)
Loving your tags Fiona. Yes it is nice to venture out and throw yourself into something different MM wise. That is my idea too but hasn't quite eventuated yet. Such fun too. Love all your creative bits and bobs and look forward to seeing next month's tags.
Totally get the backlog of cards Fiona, I donate dozens to the RSPCA but still have a surplus so your idea is perfect and it's a gorgeous vintage inspired creation. Many thank for sharing at Tag-Along (and ATC's) and Allsorts challenges.
