ADDICTED TO STAMPS AND MORE - #495

I've just come back from a fabulous week's holiday in Greece where we celebrated my niece's wedding.  It was so magical and here's the card I made for them.  The stencil is from Creative Expressions by Sue Wilson.  I cut it out of pearl white paper to give it extra shimmer.  The little love birds were part of some ribbon I had in my stash.  I kept the card simple and let the beautiful rose stencil shine.

I'm adding this into the following:

Neglected Stuff - Mine was the die cut - I had tried many times to get it to cut with no luck but finally it worked when I needed it to

CREATIVE ARTISTE MIXED MEDIA - 100TH CHALLENGE

Welcome to our 100th edition of Creative Artiste Mixed Media Challenge

Wow isn't that something.  And to celebrate I am offering a prize for one lucky winner.  I look forward to seeing all  your entries and, as usual, please ensure that your projects are mixed media.  If you are unsure we do list in our Rules what counts as mixed media.

My project is a Tim Holtz style Accordion Folio.  I created the folio myself rather than purchase the ready made one - they are very easy to make and they can become quite addictive.  This is the second one I've made in a month and this one just had to be a Christmas one using some of Tim Holtz Ideaology pieces.

To see a video of this Portfolio in full - click on my Instagram link below.

I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas or whatever season you celebrate and look forward to seeing you all again in 2024!

CHRISTMAS CRAFT CREATIONS - MONOCHROMATIC

Our theme this month at Christmas Craft Creations is monochromatic. I've chosen to use the newly released Christmas Tree Dies by Sue Wilson for Creative Expressions.  These are called the Snowflake Tree-O.  I used some Tim Holtz Distress Mica Stain in Winter Frost to cover my paper then cut out the trees and the matching stars.  The dies come in three sizes so I layered the different sizes using some layering dots to add extra depth.

There are some fabulous prizes to be won so don't forget to add our logo to be in with a chance of winning a prize.  Good luck.
