HEY CHICK

I'd resisted this little set from Sale-A-Bration in my first set of orders.  But I've see so many cute little projects made with it that I took the plunge and its growing on me.  Funny how some stamps can do that to you.

I'm way out of my comfort zone here and am joining in with the Less is More challenge this week which is one layer with the provison Opposites Attract and Watercooler Wednesday which is sparkle CAS.

I used Hey Chick and Jar of Love for the flowers and the bee as well as Papillon Potpourri for the butterfly.

This would make a cute Easter Card, athough I must admit I don't normally send them out.  I'd love to know how many of you still do?

I stamped the hen and the egg in Early Espresso and used Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango.  I used a blender pen to colour in the chick and the egg and Wink of Stella to make it all sparkle a little.

CAS challenges can really take one out of their comfort zone Fiona, but you seem to have breezed through with this cute card combining two challenges. Love the Hey Chick. Great card!

Hi Fiona, great job combining the two challenges. I love the chicken and hen take on the opposites---works well with our challenge as well. I can imagine how sparkly the Wink of Stella makes everything. Sparkle is a hard thing to photograph. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

This is really adorable! I love your creative take on our "opposites" theme, and the colour palette makes it all feel so sunny and cheerful... perfect for brightening this grey weather we're having at the moment! Fab card. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)

A delightful card and those images certainly are adorable. Yes, it would make a great Easter card. I'm afraid that I'm one of those people who do not send Easter cards any more too. Thanks so much for sharing this with us at Less is More xx

Hi Fiona! Very cute card! I love this stamp set and have made several cards from it. I sent out about 12 Easter cards to special people of course. They are more Spring than Easter and it is a nice way to say Hello to loved ones. I love what you did with colors and design they all worked together. Thank you for sharing and joining us for Watercooler Wednesday Challenge
