Hello Dolly/Three Muses/Theme Thursday

Another piece from me today - my mum is seriously ill in hospital although last night I found out they may be sending her home today where she lives practically on her own which has me incensed. I live about 5 hours away from her and can't believe the hospital would even consider sending home a woman of 86 who isn't eating or drinking. So before I do battle with the hospital again - a bit of "time out" for me

This piece is for the Mixed Media Monday challenge whose theme is Hello Dolly. It also fits in with the Theme Thursday challenge which is to include hats or crowns!

And yet another piece from me - i must be on a roll! lol! This one is for Inkurable Stampers who wanted us to show an example of the spotlight technique - i've used a Cherry Pie stamp here for my Three Muses and made a 4x4:

Sorry to hear about your Mum's terrible plight. It is awful how our elderly are treated. I love your grumpy piece - I wouldn't want to take her on! x

I love your grumpy. She's very timely, what with the story of your mum. It seems now with insurance as it is everyone is allowed 3 days in the hospital and then they're sent home, no matter what!!

I LOVE Miss Grumpy! I can relate to her at times LOL! Sorry to hear about your Mom. Take a deep breath and keep advocating, it is so impossible for an ill, elderly person to deal with the system. Hang in there!
